Registration Form

The IAJS may not be in a position to accept registration online, but it can aim to make the process as easy as possible for you. The registration form for the Greenwich 2006 conference is now available, and you can complete everything within the PDF file itself and then print out the completed form to simply sign and send back. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher installed on your computer. If you don't have it, you can get it here.

Instructions:

1. You may download the registration form in one of two ways. You may either click on the link above and the PDF will automatically open in a new window, or you may right-click with your mouse on the link and select "Save link as..." (or the equivalent according to your operating system and browser).
2. When opened, the PDF file fills the entire screen to give you the maximum view of the form available according to the settings of your system. You may close this window by clicking on the "Close" button at the end of the document. Or, if you like to muti-task, you can hit the "Escape" key to exit full-screen mode.
3. Once you have the window open you have two ways you can use the fie: you may print the form blank by clicking on the "Print Registration Form" button at the bottom of the document and then compete the form by hand, or you can use the form-fillable features of this document and complete it online and print when you have finished.
4. Note: Using the form-fillable features of the PDF file is not the same as completing a registration form on the internet, so there is no need to fear for the security of your information. No information is transmitted over the internet, the information is simply added to the form for the purposes of printing.
5. With your mouse, click on all the boxes that apply and select from the drop down menues where applicable. You can complete everything on the document, including entering all your payment details, except for actually signing the payment mandate. Once again, all your details are perfectly safe and are not transmitted over the internet. You may clear the information from the current page or the entire document along the way with the appropriate buttons. Once you've completed everything, click on "Print Registration Form".
6. Don't forget to sign the payment mandate! Your application cannot be processed and payment cannot be made for your booking if you forget to sign this and it will delay your application. It is the only part of the document that cannot be completed online.
7. Once you have finished you can click on the "Close" button to close the form.
8. Send the completed and signed registration form to the address provided.
